Poland: 31st Economic Forum in Karpacz, focus on Ucraina

Over 300 debates and 4 thousand guests from 6 to 8 September

(ANSA) - ROMA, 25 LUG - Three days of conference, over 300 debates and 4 thousand guests from Europe, Central Asia and the USA: Karpacz will be the center of the Economic Forum in Poland for the third time - defined by experts as the Davos of the East - an event that has been bringing together political, economic and social leaders for thirty years. The conference is organized by the Institute for Eastern Studies Foundation. This year, the Economic Forum, in its 31st edition, will be held at the Gołębiewski Hotel and will last from 6 to 8 September under the theme "Europe in the Face of New Challenges".

Panel discussions' topics will cover more than a dozen of thematic tracks, including war in Ukraine, security, energy, healthcare, international politics, innovation and sustainable development. In addition to the substantive part, the agenda of the Economic Forum will include cultural and recreational events.

As in previous years, awards will also be presented in the categories: Man of the Year, Company of the Year and NGO of Central and Eastern Europe. In addition, the 5th edition of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics and Economic Forum Report will be presented, focusing on current socio-economic trends and phenomena. The organiser of the Economic Forum is the Foundation Institute for Eastern Studies. Main partners are: Lower Silesian Voivodship, the Host City - Karpacz, City of Wrocław, Wrocław Airport and Lower Silesian Agency for Economic Cooperation.
